-Do I need an account when placing orders?

An email address plus a password is all you need to start the order process.You can also sign up with your Facebook/ Google Account. We recommend that you register for a account so that you can start adding your favourite pieces to your wishlist and easily place an order.

-How to place an order on Import Shopping?

Placing an order on Import Shopping is just so easy. Here's how:
Select the item and click " Add to cart "
Check over the items listed in your shopping cart. You have the option of adding or deleting the items listed by changing the item quantity and clicking Update Cart. Once all of the items you wish to purchase are listed in your shopping cart, you're ready to begin the checkout process’
Sign in to your account if you have not done so already. If you do not have an account yet you can do a quick signup with your Facebook or Google here
Enter your address and payment information and select a delivery method to complete your order. Once your purchase is confirmed, it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you. We’ll be sure to keep you updated every step of the way.

-How to find products?

At Importshopping you can shop in multiple ways. The easiest way is to browse using the drop-down navigation menus at the top of the homepage, where you can find links to new products and you can shop by catagories (smartphone, laptops & tablets,photography...etc) If you know what you are looking for, use the search box at the top right.

-Are the prices listed accurate and are there any hidden fees?

The prices listed on our website are accurate and they do not include any hidden charges.
However do note that prevailing charges will apply for delivery services.

-Are your phones locked to any network or telco company?

All the listed phones have no SIM lock and they are without any contracts.

-What is the difference between local devices (in your country) and imported factory unlocked devices on your site?

Our Imported factory unlocked devices are imported from around the world and do not have any international warranty coverage from the manufacturer unless otherwise stated.
These international devices are imported to extend the range of mobile phones in store as it is not launched in your country, thus giving more options to you. Import devices are generally cheaper and technically suitable for overseas customers.


-How long will it take for my package to arrive?

All items in store take 3-4 business days to process and depending on your location, 6-8 working days to be delivered. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking information on the next day as tracking information generally becomes available 24 hours after we have shipped the order. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. during high volume periods such as the holidays, processing and delivery times may increase and unfortunately this is not in our realm of control.

-What countries does Import Shopping deliver to?

We can deliver orders to most countries in the Europe. Goods are sent from our warehouse by DHL or DPD, and delivered direct to your door (home or company address).
Shipping options are available at the checkout option.

-Remote Areas - Delivery

Yes, wherever you are, we will be able to deliver the products to you.
DPD or DHL might in some cases apply a nominal "remote area charge". This is very rare but can happen when your delivery address is too far from the main logistics centers.
If your address is located in a remote area for the courier of your choice, we will contact you to discuss the issue. You will need to pay an extra 18EUR to cover the remote shipping fees from DPD or DHL.

-Do you ship to hotels?

We are able to ship to a hotel address if that hotel is your place of employment. Employment must be verified before the order can ship.

-Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?

Yes, we can ship orders to alternate addresses. However, we may require that the address be confirmed before we can release the order.

-Payment-Can I pay my order by instalment?

We do not accept such payment method currently.

Import Shopping primarily uses PayPal to process secure online payments.

-What is PayPal?

PayPal offers highly secure method to send money from your credit card, bank account, or stored online credit, without telling online shops your confidentail credit card numbers.

Import Shopping staff will never ask you for your full credit card numbers or PayPal login details. For your own security, please do not give this information to anyone and do not click on links inside emails purporting to be from PayPal. charge you a fee for uploading money to their system or making payments.

Order Cancellation/Change your order Information

-How can I cancel my orders?

You may cancel your order while the order is still in processing status. If your cancellation request was successful, you'll receive a confirmation email. You won’t be charged for a canceled order.

You can still refuse the order upon delivery. When we receive your refused order, we’ll process the return and send an email confirmation regarding your refund.

Upon receiving the merchandise, you may still cancel the order under our 30 day return policy. Please contact our Customer Service Support for further assistance.

- I have placed my order, but i noticed the address is incorrect?

Please email us quickly with your order ID, the address needs to be changed and the reason for the change. We will check with our risk team to see if it is possible. Otherwise most of time you can request the same with the courier to make changes. Please kindly note that, we can only notify the courier of the change, we cannot and will not change it directly due to security reasons.

-Can I reserve an item to buy later?

We aim to provide a fair opportunity to shop our most in-demand styles and as items are often limited, reservations are unavailable. As a result, placing an item in your shopping cart or wishlist does not reserve it.

Return/ Refund

-How do I return an item?

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

-What if the item(s) I received is defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please register your complaint within 48 Hrs of delivery along with photographs of the damaged product and packaging. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

- Will shipping be covered by my returns?

All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.

-When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse, it would be sent for a Quality check to our Replacement Verification team. The replacement process would be initiated within 6 business days on receipt of the product. All refunds will be credited to your original form of within 6 business days payment.

-How does the warranty works?

As products are sourced globally, manufacturer warranty may not be applicable to you locally. However we provide you with warranty upto 24 months.

- My Product Has A Problem! What Can I Do?
What to do in 3 steps:

Step 1

Try to troubleshoot the item by checking the E-Manual or manual we provide in the package .Often we can solve the problem for you without you needing to send anything back. In many cases the product seems to have a problem, but it can be solved by restarting, installing properly, or fixing an accessory.

Step 2

If you still have difficulties with your item especially for complicated products such as GPS, we will recommend that you get the product installed or inspected by a qualified technician to confirm that it is faulty rather than incorrectly installed.

Step 3

Once you have confirmed the product is faulty after steps 1 and 2, you should contact us. Provide your order number and the product code and all the steps you have tried to remedy this issue. We will review your case to allow a return under warranty. You are covered by our 30-Day guarantee.

So if the product doesn't work, we'll help you send it back to our returns address.

-What if the product is broken?
If any product is faulty, you are protected under the Import Shopping Warranty.

Assuming the product is still in warranty and was not physically damaged, you can return it to Import Shopping and we will repair it, or give you an equivalent replacement product.

All return cases are handled under our RMA policy: please consult customer support and do not send back any products without obtaining an assigned RMA case number from us.

Under the wholesale terms and conditions, customers must pay the cost of shipping to return authorized RMA products back to Import Shopping.


-I have received my order, but it does not come with manual?

Most of the time, we order directly from the manufacturer, to save the environment, we rarely take in unit with wasteful advertisment and paperworks such as manual. However you can easily download such on the internet or simply ask us for a PDF version.

-My lens comes in white box, why?

Most kit lenses such as 18-55, is not really available to be sold seperately. However we may take a camera kit and and sell the body itself and the lense seperately, therefore the lens would be a white box. However the product is still in brand new condition at a very attractive price.

-I ordered a body DSLR but received a Kit box!

We may on occasion depending on stock, send kit box out, this is because we may split a kit set into body (with all the needed accessories) and the lens to be sold seperately. As at times, such may provided even better prices for you.

-I ordered a mobile phone but the seal is broken.

Depending on model and where we source it from, we may open the box to ensure all the contents are available to you before dispatching. This is to save both of us time and avoid returns because it is dead on arrival or missing parts of the contents.

-Do I get EU adapter?

Of course.
All item include an EU adapter and an EU plug. Using is not a problem in most EU countries.

-Are your products available for in-store pick-up?

No, the products online are not available for Store Pick-up.

-What is an unlocked phone?

“Unlocked” is term that is mainly used to refer to GSM, sim card based, phones. These phones can be used with any sim card that is associated with a GSM-compatible wireless carrier.
